Global Head of Marketing

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for leadership and ownership of a large scale marketing enterprise. You will be managing a global network of affiliates and our own internal marketing team for both B2C and B2B. You will be joining a fun and supportive company, with a management team that rewards and actively encourages entrepreneurship and creativity.

This means marketing our leading niche dating platform to users across the world and to businesses seeking to add additional revenue streams to their existing audiences/customer bases.

Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy building on our proven track record for success.

Utilising SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, Display, Video and Network advertising to expand and diversify our existing marketing strategy.

Manage and work alongside internal and external stakeholders including direct reports (approx 4-6), design, product and our dating brand partners.

This is not a role for someone looking to market the same widget the same way day in day out. The role offers an engaging mix of multiple brands, target audiences and marketing channels that are a true marketer’s dream.


  1. 5+ years of relevant Digital Marketing experience at a senior level or have extensive experience all of the following marketing channels.
    1. SEO
    2. PPC (Google Ads)
    3. Social Media & Influencer Management
    4. Email
    5. Display
    6. Video
    7. Publishers
  2. Ability to travel internationally where required to Ad tech or similar conferences (Las Vegas, New York, Prague, Amsterdam, London…), partners or to our HQ in Douglas, Isle of Man
  3. The following are not strictly required but highly desirable
    1. Experience of managing a team
    2. Google Certification
    3. Event Management
    4. C level reporting experience

We’re in the goldilocks zone for great places to work, not too small and certainly not too big (75-100 employees). Your role is integral to the business growth therefore you will not only be working closely with the board and the company owner.

Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
