Advert 1 – PPC/Digital Marketing Manager (experienced)

We’re recruiting for an experienced PPC/Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full time basis in our South Ayrshire offices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly analytical and creative digital marketing professional to join our growing team. The main focus for this role is to create and deliver the paid search strategy and manage the performance of worldwide PPC campaigns for both our clients and our own business. This role comprises a fascinating mixture of human psychology, relationships and performance marketing that will keep you intrigued and engaged every day.

You will have a proven track record in online advertising and managing PPC marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities and Duties

    • Running media campaigns and buying all media requirements.
    • Negotiating larger media deals, as required, often in consultation with Directors.
    • Ensuring media rates are negotiated, as required.
    • Planning and booking media as and when for partners and in house.
    • Keeping media schedules up to date.
    • Ensuring Post Campaign Analysis documents are written and presented to clients following campaigns.
    • Manage media billings and hit/exceed targets.
    • Providing media reports.
    • Attending events outside of office hours as and when.
    • Travelling to client offices throughout UK when required.

Key skills and experience (must haves):

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a marketing role, with significant demonstrable experience in a paid search specialist position.
    • Proven PPC skills, optimisation techniques and bid management.
    • Strong Google Analytics knowledge.
    • Teamwork and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Presentation skills for reporting back to clients.
    • Good numerical, analytical and research skills to evaluate campaigns.
    • Strong organisational skills, accuracy and the ability to assimilate information quickly.
    • Negotiation skills to get the best advertising space at the best price.
    • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions quickly.
    • IT literacy.
    • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
    • Commercial and budget awareness.

Advantageous skills and experience:

    • A strong degree preferably in marketing or computer related discipline.
    • Google AdWords and Analytics certified (GAP qualified)
    • Online dating industry experience.
    • Valid driving license and own transport (due to location of office base)

Advert 2 – Affiliate Manager (experienced)

We’re recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team on a full time basis in our South Ayrshire office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to continue their career in a new and rewarding working environment. We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000-£30,000 dependant on your experience and excellent commission structure!

Key skills and experience (must haves):

    • Experience or strong knowledge of a digital marketing environment (eg. Adwords and Analytics).
    • Must have experience working in an Account Management or Sales role where you have managed your own group of partners or clients.
    • Must be able to work as part of a close knit team in a dynamic and rewarding environment, whilst maintaining effective communication with all staff.

Advert 3 – Sales & Onboarding Associate

POSITION NOW FILLED. 

We’re recruiting for a confident sales and onboarding associate to join our team on a full time basis at our offices in South Ayrshire. We offer a competitive basic salary of 20-25k with OTE incentive of up to £6k, depending on your experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to kick start a career in sales and marketing, with full training provided to eventually manage your own portfolio of client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills in order to work closely with our Senior Account Manager and top partners. Building rapport and relationships should come naturally to you and you will have a proactive attitude allowing you to work successfully with little supervision.

As a Sales & Onboarding Associate you will be training on the job to effectively manage all incoming new business enquiries and onboard new affiliates and business partners, assisting them on a daily basis to grow their active user base through creative marketing strategies.

    • Helping to maintain and build relationships with the view to manage your own portfolio of clients.
    • Contributing to marketing, and other creative work.
    • Maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication.
    • Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns and conversion optimisation rates.

    • Once fully trained you may be required to travel out with office hours to attend conferences and client meetings.
